The Disk was purely Douglas Adams style BS. You didn't have to read the book or watch the movie at all because I explained it. Actually, it was 95% BS so anyone could have been BS'd even more and built off of allowing flexibility. That's why it wouldn't make sense under conventional computer logic - because it's purely SCI-FI! We may have mutual respect, but we also have to work together as a team. Right now, I see a lot of Is in Team here and I'm seeing a spelling of the word "Team" that would scare the Oxford dictionary. You may love your StarGate or be an avid watcher of it, but it only works for other StarGate fans. With mutual respect comes mutual understanding. If we have too many archs at once, there's going to be a few lost in the mix never seeing the light of day. If Ebony's reaction is a sign of how things are going to work, I just know I'm going to be left in the dust even if I do dumb a few things down. So there's a 97% chance that I may NOT come back to the new TIRS if it keeps up like this with a 3% of comming back. In otherwords, I'm feeling doubtful.... maybe a little less doubtful but still doubtful.

Why is everything my fault? That makes me feel like I'm not allowed to express my ideas in the RP.

Why is everything my fault? That makes me feel like I'm not allowed to express my ideas in the RP. Firstly, not everything's your fault. However, I do get a strong feeling that I'm not wanted. Because everyone's insistant on this StarGate idea and I know virtually nothing about the show, it doesn't do me any good at all. Like I said, all I do know is buttons do stuff. That's it. And that's what causes the MOST trouble for me. It doesn't allow me a lot of flexibility at all. ~Kamui.EXE

I and Kamui have been exchanging PMs, and as far as I can see, we have agreed that using her plot as the first one, and the trouble that is caused by the events in that plot jumpstart whatever others may think of.
'Total freedom' was how Kamui put it. Agree? Disagree? Other thoughts?

I am thinking of putting in a character that acts as more of a orientation guide. I was thinking ex-human, who is a 'diplomat' for the Cars. Arriving at the world perhaps about five years ago. I was thinking of using that gate plot, which instead of testing, was triggered by whatever that triggers the random appearances now. Kamui's plot, if she wants to join sometimes in it, though the odds are small.
No comments at all for two days, and I will go with it.

In Milieu Res or In the Middle of Things. That means the RP already started. So how does that work for the plot?

You want me to post now? I think I can get her in, since there are just two posts there. And as far as I can see, there is no plot forming in TIRS now.

The plot can come In the Middle of Things (in milieu res) like the pieces of memory coming back to a person with amnesia.
Post anytime you want.
