Well, Lightning just got the beatdown by Sarge... Maybe you could write about that night, when Doc, Fillmore, Sarge, etc are all thinking about their prospective love interests (possibly even a dream sequence or two!) And then you could go to the girls and they're thinking about the boys and even have Myrna softening up to Doc as she thinks about him.
Or something like that. It's just an idea.

Lightning grumbled and got up, "I tried to warn ya, Stickers." he mocked in a girly voice, "I'm goin' to bed."
Just as Lightning went in his cone, Doc chuckled, "Crazy rookie." then his thoughts drifted to Myrna. He started to feel hot again. He was still embarassed about earlier. She is pretty, he thought, And I haven't had a date for--BLEH! What am I thinkin'?! Get her out of your head, son! Think of somthing else! he thought of Frank chasing her around her yard. He let out a loud snicker.
"What are you laughin' at?" Sheriff asked the old judge.
"Huh...Oh, nothin'. Just somthing I saw on television." he lied.
Sheriff could tell he was bluffing but just shrugged it off.
Lucy, Brenda, and Sammy sat in Brenda's room watching a movie. Brenda's choice apparently.
"No, no, no! Anakin, don't do it!" Sammy cried.
They continued to look at the screen.
"No! Ohh! I HATE YOU ANAKIN! I HOPE GENERAL GRIEVOUS AND COUNT DOOKU COME BACK TO LIFE AND DESTROY YOU!!!" Sammy screamed throwing popcorn at the TV.
"Take a chill pill, Sam!" Lucy snapped.
Sammy moaned, "I can't help it!" she whined, "He was so cute in Episode 1!"
"Well he ain't cute now, Sammy! You're not the only one that hates that part!" Brenda snapped.
"Oh, please, Brenda! You only like these movies because of that dumb dumb frog-like thing." Sammy said, turning back to the screen.
"First of all, Sammy, his name's Jar Jar! And besides, you have a major crush on Obi-Wan." Brenda shot back.
"Because he's actually HOT!" Sammy said.
Brenda gasped. She tryed to think of a real heartbreaker, but all she got out was, "Take that back you stubborn...Jedi loving...hippity...hoppity...FOOL!" Brenda yelled.
"Ooh, that was a brutal comeback, Brenda. Don't think I'll ever recover from thar." she said sarcastically but kept watching the movie.
Making sure no one was looking, Brenda pulled out a Jar Jar plushie from under her pillow and snuggled it, "Oh, Jar Jar," she whispered, "I'm the only one that doesn't hate you."
The doll just squeaked from the pressure and it's head tilted to the side as she continued to snuggle it.
Tee hee! ^_^ Had to do it.
