It probably would create conflict between him and Ebony, although Ebony uses her senses in order to survive, find a trail, and recognize someone by scent. And it might get even more interesting when she'll try to hide the existence of the humans if the FBI agent becomes a little bit too nosy. Her contact with them might put both her and the humans in danger, and that includes the children that she has with her. And she really doesn't trust anyone from the FBI or the Government because she is a vagabond tuner and is a hindrence to society, as Phoenix says Ebony is. She is afraid of what they might do to her and her children (separation is the worst thing to do to her) if she is caught.

Alright, I may introduce him tonight, I think it is pausible for him to act the day after the sattlelite images were taken. I just realized something that they could also detect online activity origionating from the mountain, since the humans are connected to the internet.

Locating them by Internet transmissions might not be as easy as it looks, if they have good firewalls and encryption. An outfit already concerned about its privacy would definitely have those measures in place, but sometimes small things can get overlooked. Dr. Frankenstein would know more about that than we do.

Well, the sudden appearance of a whole new species on the planet has gotta get some meters on some instruments-a-buzzing. But perhaps it'd be best to wait until Frankie shows up again, and see what he says.
Also, if we're gonna be potentially bringing in magic users in this, perhaps they might also be able to detect just what's going on with Sid. Perhaps it could be someone's little side project, away from scoping this new race out in full. I'm currently thinking it might be something for Phoenix to do, but once again, we gotta wait for get back to us on that...

I doubt there is a protective measurement there in just two days. And that given the OS, it would be hard to get anything. Just that 'hey, strange activity and we cant ID the software or OS'.
And now I need help. I am having hard time finding any car model for this guy. All I have in mind is a sedan, not discontinued model, 'tune model'. Appearently, I dont know how to surf for a car with those requirements.

If one has contacts with Internet service providers, it's possible to see that someone new has arrived. I guess that the bunker was using satellite Internet. Then it would be quite easy to detect. An satellite provider that suddenly sees a new client they never heard of... A firewall prevents people from calling your home, but the phone number is still visible.

OK... time to do a huddle here so we don't get bogged down. Phoenix is still out there hurt, and not receptive to humans, but maybe we could make something out of getting her some help or getting her to come in for help. And we have (a), Mr. Cole poking about, and (b) Raine going off on her own and (c), the helos that just might come around. Any thoughts?

She wouldn't be accepting of humans just yet. But more than likily shes got an infection going on, her best bet would porbably have someone, of the veicliear world, to bring her in unresponsive weakened from the infection.

I've got the helos out there, so maybe the radio room could hear something about it.

One thing I keep thinking about is that we need some sort of villain in this. I am then meaning long term. One of the things that I keep thinking about is Sid's 'superiors', but we dont really know much about them, or what they are going to do in the situation.
And the problem is, I don't really want to be playing both Cole and a villain, and I don't really know what kind of villain should be in this.

Good issue there, Elizar. Perhaps there is a network of interests who have infiltrated government and corporate areas, but I don't want a monolithic "brotherhood of evil", but something more subtle, ambiguous and manipulative, which sees in such an event an opportunity to advance their own agendas.

Actually, here in Iceland we have seen a growth of a supervillain. Well, a villain in the eyes of the goverment and the majority of the people. But it is not a brotherhood of evil type, it is brotherhood of financial gain. Baugur Group got a lot of influence, bought a lot of media, and when things went down for Baugur, the media, two TV channels and some radio channels, predictably started to side with Baugur Group. Well, Jón Ásgeir Jóhannesson is in trouble, with 40 charges put on him about one and half year ago (and it looks like he will escape). But he is still going large.
Villains may not be one of those in the saturday morning cartoons or comic books. If there is to be any true-to-life villain, it is one whose main motivation is money.
