Money, power or influence, any or all of the three are powerful motivators to wrongdoers. There would also be a lot of political manuveuring, perhaps on an international level, over this occurence.

Right, to take this slightly off-course, I just wanna pitch something to Insane here. By now, you already know that Sid knows more about car physiology than he's willing to let on to anyone else, and he'd love to step in and help Phoenix get back up on her treads, but that'd blow his 'cover' completely if he did. Maybe we could have something in which Sid starts meeting her in secret, and to try and improve her condition? He's not a big fan of Ebony's brand of medicene, that's for sure - or anyone else's on this world ;D

Lets think of this in the MICE idea. It is used to find a reason why people become spies, and it can be used for other situations, Tom Clancy used the MICE in Rainbow Six, whereas a terrorist was trying to figure out why his 'boss' was giving him more and more money even for the botched jobs that had been preformed. He tried to figure him out using MICE.
Money - Very common motivator for nearly everything there is. Ideology - Religion, most terrorists in the middle east classify under this. Coercion - To force someone to do something. Maybe knowing the existance of humans can force the goverments to act in the way they want. This can also be to mislead information. An example of this is one recent Doctor Who episode, where aliens set up a space ship crash landing (including wrecking Big Ben), and the chain of events almost set the steps for third world war when the aliens, disquised as humans, tried to convince there was a doomsday bomb underneath whole London, and only a nuke would stop it. This, and/or money, is what I would go for our villain. Ego - I never understood the ego thing, since it can be classified under Ideology.
When Aron will hear of what happened, he will most likely, if nothing comes up, stage as a car mechanic and try to 'help' with his knowledge, and probably bringing Sid with him for his valuable amazing insight into car 'biology'.

Which'd probably put Sid in quite the tight spot, heh. I could very well imagine him trying to play dumb with Aron or Ebony, but then again, that medication he's taken might just make him a little less tight-lipped. Some revealing points in conversation could slip out, but nothing that would 'out' him completely, perhaps?

He has come as a master car mechanic/engineer to Aron, so that Aron can be oblivious to some of the accidental reveals Sid makes. Aron is that kind of guy, he is only paranoid regarding cults, not others.

I've been sorta cooking up a human CIA agent who's been planted in the Seekers as a spy, since dealings with them have been rather hush-hush so-to-speak. She was given the job of spying on their activities and reporting to her superiors.
When the whole group was transported to the Carsverse, she has been cut off, but maybe she could get in contact with the Cars version of the CIA and give all the information that she has collected to them.
I dunno. She came to me in a dream and I still have to work out her profile and her introduction yet, but maybe she could be the villian in this RP.

And as for Sid trying to play dumb with Ebony, that's going to be very difficult. So he has to be pretty smart and sneaky to pass off something like that to her.

I've got another local OC idea, a Filipino "Jeepney" who just immigrated to America and is travelling cross-country. If you haven't seen a Jeepney, here it is: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JeepneyThat CIA character sounds interesting, Ebony. I wonder if she'd have any conflicting loyalties?

Her loyalties would mostly be with the CIA, even if it's the Carsverse version now. It's her life and her career and she is always thinking about promotion within its ranks whenever she discovers anything interesting that might be useful to the CIA later on.
But... she isn't totally cold and heartless. She can be turned around to the side of good when she is shown enough evidence that what she is doing is wrong... eventually. But, I still think she'd make a good villian. At least for awhile.
It might turn out that the CIA of the Carsverse is the villian and she is just one of their puppets to further their rise to world domination... or something like that.

Could be some factional wars going on within the CIA. It's not a totally bad organization, some true believers, some cynics, some empire builders or wannabees, some people who are sincere about protecting their country and the free world, and some outright SOB's, like any other large body of people. It could be interesting to have various factions within the native CIA contending for this woman's trust and loyalty.
Elizar: This is something that John Cole might become aware of.

There'd be some factions that want her to help them maintain protection and freedom of American citizens, and some that would want her to help them gather solicitive information for them about foreign leaders or independent groups that they might find threatening to them, like the Seekers, if the CIA finds out about their existence and deems them so because they don't know what humans are and what they could mean to their world as a whole.
This, I want to do with my CIA agent. She'd probably sneak away without anyone noticing and try to contact her superiors, but she finds them unresponsive, so she then tries to contact the CIA in general and give them the information that she's collected over the months.
It would make things very interesting for both humans and cars alike.

That, and the CIA, the FBI and the Secret Service get into some entertaining turf wars on a regular basis. Maybe I could start out with a CIA conference with people representing the various factions and viewpoints. I already have an idea for this older character, a high-level sectional chief who is just marking time until retirement and spending time with his first grandchild, until this happens and he starts to remember why he joined in the first place. I picture him as an older sedan type. He's always at odds with the ambitious careerists and amoral power-seeker faction and is preparing some younger agents.

Then he wouldn't like my CIA agent, if he met her, but I bet it'll be her information that the CIA receives and he hears about. I haven't figured out an introduction for my agent yet - maybe tomorrow - nor have I figured out a name for her. I think that during the time when the expeditionary force was sent out, made contact with Ebony and then with Cole, my agent could've snuck out and sent her information already. So now she's just waiting for an answer for one of the superiors of this world's version of the CIA.

That would be an idea.

Stuff like that, expecially if she contacted CIA in general, would most likely go through one of the information bottlenecks the Organization has a man in. With Cole reporting the same thing, the Organization would be very well aware that it isn't a joke, and if it goes badly, Cole's visit would be much sooner than he said it would be.

So, that character and mine should be coming in pretty soon then.
In the meantime, enjoy the arrival of Shayla Morehouse, a Harrier wench who is the black sheep of her family, has a distinct aversion to military service and taking orders, and has an off-color story for every occasion. The scary thing about it is that most of them are true.
