i been thinking... what do the cars of the Cars World think of the cars here..??
why you ask... i let one of my Ford chars go today at the lot...

I wonder if there's a Cars-world version of "Cars" called "Humans". A world where cars are inanimate machines driven by small two-legged creatures...not exactly family movie material.  And don't worry tai, the intro for the one-on-one RP will hopefully be up later today. |

I think that if unprepared, they'd be quite creeped out by it.
One of the fanfics I was contemplating involved a car in the human world, in a locale quite familiar to me, (Saint John River Valley between Fredericton and Prince William, NB), who was NOT at all prepared and goes into a nervous breakdown, which leads to her hiding away on the fringes of a historical settlement because there are no motor vehicles there and nothing to set her off, though she has to stay hidden during the day. While there, she encounters and befriends a girl who is staying there for a few weeks as part of a "visiting cousins" program. (school-age children as reenactors).

The one-on-one RP I'm planning with tai will be sort of like that...but not nearly as serious. And some supernatural powers will be involved. Very interesting idea. |

Sorry to revive this ancient thread...but I just had an idea...what if a real life car is transported to the Cars world and animated? Assuming that it could remember its past 'life', the Carsverse would seem like heaven. It would have to be careful not to act too happy though, so it doesn't get thrown in a mental hospital or something.
*Car gets dragged off by two vans-in-white*
Car: I swear! They would leave us out in the cold for days! And only feed us new oil a few times each year! And crush us into scrap metal if we get even moderately sick or injured! You have no idea how easy you guys have it!
Van 1: Poor guy...must have hit his head pretty hard.
Van 2: Funny ideas though. Maybe I should write a book about it or something....nah, no one would ever believe it.
