The Mercedes rocketed by the cafe with a blazing roar, its driver feeling rather full of himself as he looked in the rear view mirror to find the old cruiser quickly falling into the distance. He wasn't so full of himself when he saw a T-intersection up ahead and not enough room to brake straight. There was a statue marking the T-intersection of what appeared to be some kind of old Wild West pioneer, and he knew he'd be in serious (serious being an extreme understatement) trouble if he knocked that down.
Deliverance nightmares aside...
"Scheiße!" he screamed as he turned the steering wheel hard right and jammed the brake and handbrake, causing a horrific screech that echoed across the near vicinity.
Thankfully, the car came to a screeching halt, the metal just coming into contact with the front of the statue's pedestal, with no other damage done. The driver spent a bit of time catching his breath, which was hard to do as the cloud of whatever his car had stirred up caught up with him.
No problem...I can just get out of here before-
His thoughts were cut short as his car suddenly emitted the clanks and clinks of running out of gas, and his head slumped forward onto the steering wheel.

(XD Glimmer so deserved that.)
(Anywho- Not much happened. Ebony sat down and got some breakfast, being joined by Mater, Elizabeth, and Edward. A guy named Leo Dracone shows up- I think he's supposed to be a villian, if I read the OOC thread right. Anastasia has been bypassed by Glimmer, Elizabeth and Edward, and Leo and is still walking to town. She's a bit past the billboard right now.)

(I pseudo-puppeted him a little bit so he was at least on Glimmer's bumper. Suppose I'll need to puppet him for real this time...)
The old police cruiser slowed to a stop, the engine being shut off and the door opening. A middle-aged man stepped out, stroking his mustache once before striding to the stopped Mercedes. He knocked on the driver's window as a signal for the driver to roll it down.
"Boy, you're in a heap of trouble."
(XD Like that line.)
(Tired. Don't know if I'll be on tomorrow night- depends on how late it is before we get back. Sheriff is free to puppet/claim. Flo can be puppeted if she's needed. Night y'all!)
The driver groaned as he reached into his pocket for his license and registration. "Look...officer...I was just running out of gas," he began in a generic European accent, "All I need is a full tank and I'll be out of here."
