not too certain about the fish-mouth, but overall, a beautiful car indeed.

Well, that flat oval grille is Maserati's "signature", so it's there to stay on all of their models, like it or not. You don't have to like it, just like how I feel that all BMWs(old and new) look a bit uglier than they should because of that pig-nose they all have.
Also, think of it more like a nose than a mouth...that's what Pixar did when they added the Quattroporte to Cars.

it isnt the overal shape, it's the size and gapingness of it that makes it look like a fish. I mean compare that to or and you'll see how i mean.

Hmm...you've got a point, pooky. Most of the cars mentioned so far are ultra-expensive speed demons or luxo-barges, so for this post, I'm choosing the best-looking car that most of us might actually afford at some point in our lives: The Mazda 6.

Just in case you missed it in the "favorite car make" topic: Lexus LF-A. 10 Cylinders, 600 HP, pure automotive heaven. And the Italians thought they were safe from the Japanese.(I sound like a bad car commercial, don't I?)

Think that's bad? The Bugatti Veyron, world's most powerful and fastest car(which I think was posted earlier in this topic), has 16 cylinders boosted by 4 turbos. At top speed, its fuel tank lasts approximately 10 minutes. (which is a good thing, since its tires at that speed have a lifespan of around 15 minutes) Of course, seeing how this car costs 1.5 million dollars, I don't think the kind of people who buy it care much about paying for fuel... EDIT: Okay, checked back, and looks like no one posted it. So here it is:

gosh dang....XD how many cylinders can an engine have? now that i think of it..it's like having a 4 cylinder car..is like a bicycle compared to those things XD Most cars have 4 or 6. Some have 3 or 8. Trucks are around 6 and 8 cylinders usually. Dodge Viper and some Dodge Ram models have 10 cylinders as well as some other expensive sports cars. Only a small handful have 12 cylinders and more.

Actually 12 cylinder cars(mostly high-end sports cars/supercars and ultra-luxury cars) are much more common than 10 cylinders because they're a proven design that has been around for much longer. 10-cylinder road cars have only been around since 1992 when Dodge released the Viper...other manufacturers are slowly catching on.
There are other strange cylinder numbers...for example there are some really tiny 2 and 3 cylinder cars....and also a few 5 cylinder cars(Volvo comes to mind).

If cars could breed then we wouldn't have to buy new cars. My mom and bro's cars would probably have tons of babies by now...seeing how they share the same garage. XD
