Okay, I've been trying to figure this out. We saw The King being shoved by Chick and forced to flip several times and receiving a whole lot of damage. But how much pain was he feeling at the time?
Also, do cars get sick? And if they do, what kinds of symptoms to they feel for certain kinds of illnesses, like the flu, fever, etc.?

Good question about the illnesses! I noticed that Doc keeps his clinic pretty clean. Is that to keep germs under control? Just a thought...
As for The King, he winces when Lightning starts to push him, and his voice sounds like he's in pain, but that's just what I observed.

I'd probably say that King was in a good amount of pain, but then of course, I'm not actully a car, so I don't know.
They could also get sick, I couldn't imagine Doc keeping his clinic that clean for no reason, other then to look nice and such. And oh boy, if they do get colds and such, poor Snot Rod would be sneezing even more so then usual.

I think ( this may be weird) Snotrod's sneezing is down to an allergy to his supercharger engine or maybe the other delinquents' paint.
Some deseases....
Hoodache= head ache
Gas tank ache= tummy ache
Broken Axle= Broken arm/leg
Chipped teeth
Scratches
dents
etc.
now imagine a life insurance add for the cars world...
"Have you suffered broken axles, scratches, dents or any other injury at your workplace?"

Mmmhmm... what other ailments can a car have besides the ones listed?

I heard there was one called engine corrosion and it was life-threatening. There was no cure and any car who suffered from it died when the corrosion ate through their engine and left nothing.
And I have my OC, Ebony, sick with something called electrolyte imbalance while she's in term (pregnant). It's a childhood illness and makes her looks as if she has a severe fever with all the known symptoms, like nausea, weakness, sweating, loss of appetite, etc.
I would assume everyone knows what a fever feels like...

Hmm..... I have to actually think about the last time I was actually sick. Er.... I must be a real dork right now. ^^;;
But I assume that yeah.... they can feel pain or get sick. Actually... I think someone brought this up somewhere here before where in the movies, one of the characters makes the comment of someone being sick or "The sun must be getting to him." In that last one, it's actually proof that they could probably suffer from some form of sun stroke or heat exaustion. Also in the Wii version of the game, Lightening looked pretty hot and tired when Sarge put him through his paces.

I was wondering if there is anything like allergies, then allergies for something that is put in the gas tank. I remember the panic we had when we accidentally put industrial oil in a diesel car, the attentant said we were lucky we didn't start the engine. But in the cars world, each car can have different reaction to substances, like how some people have pollen allergies and some dont.

Well, Snot Rod defently has an allergy to something, otherwise, he wouldn't be sneezing the way he does, not sure what it is though.

I'm guessing it's how his supercharger has been installed... maybe it got installed a bit hastily and that's what's causing Snot Rod's allergies... he's having an allergic reaction to the installation of that supercharger. Maybe he should have Doc take a look at it... ^^

*Nods* Yeah, it could definitely have something to do with his supercharger, and yes, heh, going to Doc would probably be the smart thing to do.

Snot Rod's sneezing is caused from having too much air and debris get into his engine..... Those slots that the air goes into, helps cool his engine (Hence the fact that Blowers/Superchargers are meant to make and engine go fast with out overheating it) and in doing so they send lots and lots of dust and dirt and other various things into his engine. That's what causes him to sneeze. He may have allergies, but then again, "Sneezing" is Drag-racing slang for when a Supercharger Engine Backfires.
I should really stop writing in these things... no one seems to care lol.... ^.^;

Dang, if thats the case, I'd definitely feel for him.
