Don't know if this has already been said or not but I just wanted to point this out cuz I'm studying the 1920's in History right now. The Model T(what Lizzie is) was nicknamed the "Tin Lizzie" because it's made of such light metal and such and was the first real affordable car for the common folk, I thought it was clever of them smart peoples at Pixar to name her Lizzie. lol Maybe you learned something new today like I did

I had no idea they were made for as long as they were -- 1908 to 1927! I love the way Lizzie rattles, even when she's in the courtroom.

The Model T is the second best-selling single car model of all time. Rivaled only by the Volkswagen Type 1 (Beetle). The beetle was produced for about 70 consecutive years, too. xD
