So did the old Miura. Therefore, they've done a wonderful job.

For example, Toyota's attempt to design a minivan based on the proportions of "Jay Limo" from Cars: You know.... I think they did a good job with this one. The reason why I say this is because it actually does look a lot like Jay Limo/Jay Leno! I mean how can it NOT be him? XD

Diablos: I posted 'bout the Miura concept elsewhere. How does it look like a mini? nowadays, a Mini doesn't look like a mini.
and I find it amusing almst that you had a multipla while your Alfa was being repaired. if you wn an alfa, you presumably get to try a lot of diferent rental/courtusy(sp?) cars hmm?
one thing I do like. the Chrysler/Dodge adverts are surprisingly honset. first, there was a poster for the Pt cruiser that says "it has a horn. not that you'll need it". correct. because it's so SLOOOOOW. and also so ugly and garishly painted that you couldn't miss it. and then there's the ad for the Caliber. "It's anything but cute" it doesnt know what it is, it's ugly, underpowered, overweight, ugly and pointless. but it isn't cute.

I saw a Dodge Caliber brochure that referred to its tiny 4-banger engine as "muscle". Hilarious. And it looks like Toyota did to the xB the same thing Land Rover did to the Discovery...took a cool, boxy-looking car and turned it into a futuristic blob. Old (1989-2004) Discovery: New (2005-) Discovery:

yes, but how many Toyotas can be driven up mountains? The new Disco can be. I seen it. and yep, it was on Top Gear.

Yeah, its performance just might make up for its looks. But still, an older Disco with performance of the new one...one can dream, can't they? And the new Kia Carens(Rondo to North Americans) looks like what happened when someone shot an average economy hatchback with a growth ray:

and I find it amusing almst that you had a multipla while your Alfa was being repaired. if you wn an alfa, you presumably get to try a lot of diferent rental/courtusy(sp?) cars hmm? Sort of. The Alfas kind of a Company/rental car, my dad pays so much a month and he get to pick the car and what extras he wants within a cirtain amount and if after 2 years he wants it he buys it, if not he gets a differnt car And its almost been 2 years that we've had the Alfa 147 so hes gona swap it for...DUN DUN DUN a newer Alfa 147 xD But when ever whatever car he has at the time need repaires he gets what evers left in the Ferrari car park...sadly that time all that was left was the Multipa I fell over that middle seat in the front, knocked one of the back seats out of ...whatever keeps it in place and almost broke the TV screen in the back of the passengers head rest. I is smart you see!
