Thanks Thunder for posting these pics! These pics are actually made by me. I've completed the game and have nothing to do, so I made these CARS characters lookalikes. I posted it on an anonymous website and thunder posted them here. Along that, he gave the address of this web. Thanks again Thunder! I'll be adding more soon. I'm planning to make every CARS character that are possible to make in Carbon. Here are two more: Sally: Ramone:

Okay, so it's actually from Most Wanted. I can't afford Carbon for the PC just yet. In this country, I can sate my PS2 by picking up pirated for round US$2, but I still prefer originals for PC games, the one exception being Most Wanted, which I bought as an emergency purchase for my attempt to qualify for the World Cyber Games. Still thinking on making up for it by getting the original Black Edition though... EDIT: And why is Sally only a Cayman? XD They have a Turbo and a GT3 you can use, don't they?

I don't have Carbon, but I just started playing Most Wanted. Incredibly fun game, nothing is more fun than driving down narrow alleys in speeds excess of 230 KM/H while both rival racers and police cruisers breath down your tailpipe...
Nice Ebony there...I was planning to make a horrible version of Snot Rod with the Camaro SS.(is it even possible to get that thing in Career mode or the My Cars list to tune/mod it?)

Thanks, and this after I forgot to add her hood bulge. XD I'll try to post the recipe when I get home, so those of you with MW can race as teh Ebony, or try converting that into Carbon. I particularly like the Iridescent paint option in the latter, helped me get Ebony looking extra ominous.
EDIT: Far as I know, you can't customize the Camaro in Black Edition, though you do race an orange customized version in the special Black Edition Challenge (which is easier than it sounds, despite the 7th Wanted Level.)

((Eeeeeep Doublepost.)) Two new ones: Dr. Francarstein (Glimmer, CLK500) and everyone's favorite Hija de Punto (Kamui, the phrase derives from what car I used. q=) And the recipe for Ebony in Most Wanted: Dodge Viper RT/10 - Body Kit 4 Spoiler: Tuner-Fishtail Rims: 20" Lowenhart BR5 Hood: Speed (regular) Paint: Metallic Black Vinyl: Body 1, Dark Purple (careful not to confuse purple with the blue-violet or red-violet) Rims Color: Dark Grey, Regular (not chrome or matte) Window Tint: Dark Pearl Purple Be sure to max-tune that mother, type in "burgerking" at the title screen to unlock a special challenge (in Black Edition only?) that when won, will unlock all the Junkman-level parts for extra performance.

Eh...that sucks. And the version you drive in the Black Edition Challenge(which I managed to finish once, then promptly forgot to save...) actually seems underpowered compared to the Quick Race version.

Alright, played the demo, and I have three main complaints: 1. It crashes(as in the game itself, not my car ) way too much, either when loading the first race or on the title screen. Happens like 1 out of 3 times. 2. For some reason, the circuit race feels less like street racing and more like a racetrack with random props and non-racing cars strewn through it to make it feel vaguely city-ish. 3. The sense of speed seems much smaller than Most Wanted, although maybe it's because I'm used to driving the high-end supercars in MW, but I'm still not sure. Otherwise, it's good I guess. The canyon duel takes a bit getting used to(since you can't afford a single crash when near the yellow dividers), but that's all part of the fun. There's so little content in the demo that's a bit difficult to make an accurate judgement.

Oh. My. God. I rented it. I loved it. I bought it. I STILL love it. My fave car is a Lotus Elise, I believe... But, oh man, NFS Carbon is friggin' sweet. *dies* <3 I wish I'd tried it out before. I can barely type, my hands are so used to the controller to my gamecube. XD <3
EDIT: I think that I'm going to make Jak when I can afford a Lamborghini. <333 He'll be fun to drive. XD

I recently got Need for Speed Carbon My last NFS was underground 2 so that's what I'm comparing it to. Good: 1. More paint styles, gloss, metallic, to flat, iridescent, pearlescent all the way to full body chromed 2. Time stopper rules! 3. Classic muscle cars like the old school mustang GT (Slaytor!) Charger (General Lee), the hemi cuda (Snot Rod) and evidently you can unlock a Superbird (I havent yet) 4. Obscene exotic sports cars all the way up to the Lamborghini Gallardo. 5. Super customizable body kits, wheels, hoods spoilers, etc using Autosculpt, and most muscle cars you can even chop the top (lower the roof of the car) Challenges and unlockable special parts and more cars. Bad: 1. It's too darn short. I spent 2 days at it and I'm at like 75% done. 2 There are fewer parts you can choose, no more headlights, taillights, and there are only 4 body kit sets for each car. THe autosculpt is cool but I'd like to see more options for the nose, tail and skirts. 3. No more neon, hydraulics and sound systems. 4. Evidently the only SUV you can use in it is a police Rhino SUV. I liked tricking out Escalades and Hummers. Here's some cars I built in it that you might recognize. Yes, I skipped the eyes because I had so many to put up. Ebony General Lee Snot Rod Wingo Sally as a racer A new version of Tuner Slaytor I've beaten the game once and most of my customs herecome out of that save. once you beat it it unlocks 5 more cars I'm working towards unlocking all of the card specials. including a couple muscle cars. I got some more cars! Boost: a proper model year Slaytor:

Just decided to pick up this thing's demo again. Since I've had my fill of Exotics in NFSMW, I was planning to go Tuner in Carbon, but then Shutokou Battle came along and satiated my hunger for rice-burners. So all that's left is Muscle.
One problem: The one muscle car in the demo('69 Camaro SS) drives like it has ice-coated tires...do all muscle cars in the full game handle this badly, or do I only have to worry about it with low-tier, untuned cars?
