watching the movie many times.. my brain is trying to make the cars in the cars world almost flesh like... point..
Paint does not chip or crack when mouth moves or eye ridges move..
their bodys seem to show alot of 'flex' for a metal / FiberGlass frame or body...

Could be some polymer or alloy that doesn't exist in our world.
Paint could also be a flexible polymer.
Wouldn't this qualify to go in the "Theories?" section. I can do that, but I want to hear from you first.

I'd say only the 'metal' around the mouth and windshield is of the said "flexible" polymer.

It's entirely possible that materials unknown to our world exist in the Cars universe. Multi-story buildings like the firehouse/courthouse would have to be incredibly strong to hold a firetruck and all the smaller vehicles on the second floor. Also, the stadium bleachers hold thousands of fans. That's got to be some tough material to hold them up!

Going off-topic abit here, I've wondered how the bleachers of the stadiums are set up to let, say, a car pass if it needed to get from the middle of a row to an aisle? How do they get to their positions, anyway? And it would be a horrible event if one car accidentally rolled off, hitting the guy under him, starting a chain reaction of race fans toppling over one another until they broke through the fence onto the track where they were hit by the oncoming racers and.. -breathes- and..

Given the aforementioned strength of the bleachers, I doubt that none of the cars in the arrangement would even have their brakes on. XD
