This really bugs me alot. Boost's spoilers in the movie are normal, but in the video game sequel, his spoilers appear shorter than expected. What do you think what happened to Boost's spoilers.

They shrank in the wash..

There's probably a more practical reason why and that's poly-count. In 3D, the lower the poly-count, the easier for computers to handle. Higher poly-count = processing nightmare! The Sims 2 is a perfect example of higher poly-count and what it does to a computer. So maybe the in-game Boost's spoiler is smaller to reduce poly-count. ^^;;;
