"Your boss? I thought you were enlisted on a short leave. What do you do?" Thompson asked curious. He needed soon to get to the fuel station, but talking to a Fighter Falcon was too nice of an oppertunity to lose.

"Well, I guess you could call him a boss, I guess I just got too used to callin him that when I worked at the airport before he helped me harness my Fighter abilities, he's basically been like the general to me when I'm at war..." Ray smiled, he really need to stop callin the general his boss.
"Yeah, I am on a short leave, but when not worrying about battling, I help out at the airport....I guess it's a job."
Ray felt a little low, he wasn't very good at explaining things without adding uneeded details.
Ari felt his wheels brush the pavement, before he sharped his angle, straightened up, and his full weight came to rest on them. Killing the power to his prop, he took the landing in stride, rolling to a near stop where the runway connected into a traffic lane. It was the relief after long trips like this that made him temporarily forgive gravity for keeping him grounded.
He paused there, making a quick lookaround and deciding heading toward the nearest gathering of hangers would yield some details as to "well, what now?"
Standing tall on his wheels, he taxiied on his way.

"There is an E-club (Enlisted Bar) just by the airport." Thompson said. "I will be hitting it tonight after dropping of my film rolls. If you want, you can chat with me there. But now, I am going to get a fill, I am almost empty. Want to join?"
"You can just call a fuel plane just like that? It must be great to be able to fuel up in the air." Thompson says smiling. "In my old job in the S&R business, I had sometimes to glide to land, and fewer times I had to do an emergency landing. Ever been called for S&R missions?"

"Looks like we got a new boy in for the races." Jenna remarked, eyeing Ari and sizing him up. Malcolm took his attention off Petra for a minute and had to admit that the new Mustang was a magnificent animal. "Hope he knows how big it gets out here."

"You may be a falcon, but you can cover a lot of ground in no time. The team I was working with once had to call for two fighter jets, because for some reason still unknown to me, they couldn't spare any helos, which we prefer if we need help from the military."
"I don't think that anyone will ever understand the higherups." Thompson says snapping few photos of specators. "And those who are on the top won't understand what higher power wants from them. Don't quote me on that though, I have gotten enough trouble from few journalists who wanted few questionable quotes from me." Thompson chuckles and notices Jenna and Malcom, and takes a quick photo of them together.
"The fuel stop is just around the corner." He says while changing a roll quickly. He had taken a risk of photographing two appearently loverbirds, and he had experienced his film being taken as mistaken for a papparazzi.
Petra finally found the area where the airshow was being held. She thought that she'd get lost in the clouds and get buzzed by that other plane who called himself Ari. She circled the perimeter, observing all that were there, even noting a few of the aircraft that she had met once before. Then, finding the runway, the Cessna lined up and prepared for a landing, which after a few minutes ended smoothly.
