"I'm going to kill him. I am going to kill Grayston and then force his spirit to tell me how to free my dad." She was on the verge of crying both in anger and hopelessness. She rewed her engine, getting it hot enough to shoot through the desert and get to Radiator Springs to attack Grayston.
Adrian calmed herself down, knowing that even attacking Grayston would seal her father's fate. She held up the vial inspecting it. "An essence of Joltsen, thankfully not that kind of essence, I doubt Grayston would have any use for that." She completated just how exactly it was supposed to be used. Smash it against her hood? Inhale it? Drink it?

Krill pulled up next to Adrian and saw her reaction to Grayston. "Don't let him bother you," he whispered to her, "It's unlikely he's gonna try anything bad with all of us watching. Lat time he did something bad, my mom spiked him. I'm pretty sure he remembers that."
The Viper youth then saw his mother and grandmother in another stall and blinked. She's recovered that quickly?
"Hey, Dad," greeted Juni, "Aunt Nix wants to know if you and Mom want to come to the diner with us."
Meredith was doing some cross-stitching, something she learned after gaining her freedom and life back from her own father. She looked at her daughter. "Of course," she said, "I'd love to."
Sapphire sighed, "Well, might as well go and collect them."
Adrian barely heard Krill. She was growing more and more paranoid. And now it was directed against Jade. Joltsen had told her that the defenses were that good that not even Egill could get through them. And what if Jade wanted that to be more powerful?
