Ebony sniffed and listened for a moment...
"Well, I smell the kids," said Ebony, "and I can definately hear voices too. I can pick out a few words like 'hanging off of' and 'bridge'. That's probably what might happen to the kids if something isn't done to prevent that."

"Ok, if it's them, then they probably have the kids detained somehow. Last I knew they did not have access to firearms, but they might have found something in the mine. They wouldn't be dumb enough to try using any TNT that might be leftover, but they may have wire, nails, wood planks or knives." Tango thinks for a moment.
"It would be best if we could flush them out of there some how? Preferably without the children."

At this point, Jade arrives to where Ebony and Tango were in front of the mine. She hears about flushing someone out without the kids.
"I can provide the distraction and draw them out," she offers, "A little magic goes a long way."
Ebony turns and smiles at the young Enzo girl, "You may have something there, Jade. You're just like your mother."

"Good, that will work. Be careful Bick is a little unstable so you don't want to scare him. Ebony, the children would probably feel best coming to you. Once these two are out, I can immobilize them and then have the agency pick them up." Tango looks at the rescue group.

Jade remembered going into this mine when she was ten and had gone on a treasure hunt with her friends.
"I won't scare him," replied Jade, "but I can cause a little bit of distrust between him and his companion. Perhaps a little bit of bickering with his partner in crime would be interesting."
She focused intently on Bick and Bock and created a thought-form around each of them.
Argue...
Ebony nodded, knowing that the kids would rather come to her as she could protect them from danger.

"Come on Bock help me get the ropes and we'll drag them to the bridge." Bick looks around fro the ropes.
"I don't know Bick... Ther' just kids. I don't kill babies." Bock looks at Bick alittle turned off by endangering the kids.
"Bock, you'll help me assassinate five top gang leaders, but you go all yellah' on me because of a few snot nosed kids." Bick bickers.
"Yeah well ther' harmless I mean what are they gonna do? Tell Mommy and Daddy they were up alone in an old mine with a bunch of criminals..." Bock grumbles.
"Oh come on?! Let's just take the kids back to their parents and while were at it turn ourselves in."Bick says with attitude.
They continue to argue over what to do with the kids. Their yelling at eachother could be heard from outside.
"Looks like that worked pretty good. Knowing them one will separate, probably come out here to cool off." Tango looks around. "Take some cover in the brush, then I'll take whichever down and boot them. Then will get the other in the mine."

Jade had that satisfied I'VE-DONE-SOMETHING-RIGHT look on her front as she took cover along with Ebony behind some bushes so that they wouldn't be seen when one of the criminals came out of the mine.
Please don't hurt those kids, Ebony thought.

Tango examines the mine exit and places herself in the perfect ambush spot. Just the right angle to prevent the criminal from returning to the cover of the mine. They all waited quietly for one to come out as the yelling came to a maxium point and then the fallout...
"Where are you going?!" Bick demands.
"To have a blinking smoke, I can't deal with this right now!" Bock answers heading into the 'trap'.
"Fine, but grow some nerve while your out there so we can get rid off these kids..." Bick commands as he's huffing with anger.
Trav starts to cry...
"Shut it kid I don't need your sobbin' now." Bick stares coldly at them.

"Hey, leave him alone," Krill immediately comes to Trav's defense, "He's done nothing wrong... unlike you."
Maven, in the meantime, tried her best to comfort Trav.

"Whatever kid. I'll be giving you a real reason to cry soon enough." Bick finishes and waits for bock.
Trav stops crying and gives Maven a Thanks smile, but it doesn't last long cuse they were still in trouble.
Meanwhile Bock had exited the cave but not out enough to be blocked from the mine enterance. Tango waited quietly, and hoped that Ebony and Jade would too. She only had a cigarette's time to make her ambush. Bock lit' the cigarette and began puffing on it. He was nervous and soon began to pase back and forth.
'Wait for it...' Tango began the timing and then he was in the right place.
She sprung from her hidding spot right behind him. He yelped a few cusses and took off. But the chase was short and she had him into a gaurd rail within seconds. He continued to yell out nasty stuff hoping that Bick would hear him, as Tango booted him. Then she took his cell phone from him, and chained him to the gaurd rail.
"Bock V Dirdge you're under arrest for the crimes you've committed and yatta' yatta' I'll read you both your rights when I get your friend." Tango says to him.
"Demon you'll be careful Bick's got three little kids in there and he's like a loaded gun pointed at your face..." Bock mocks her.
"Thank you for the info. He'll be dead before he can kill one of those kids." Tango leaves Bock and returns to the cave with the cel phone.
"One down one to go. Wish it was Bick I had there but we now have an advantage and Bocks cel phone." She looks at Jade.
"I'm not sure of your powers, but do you by any chance have away to sound like Mr. Potty mouth over there?"

"I can create a holographic projection of sorts that would not only have his voice, but his personality as well," said the young sorceress, "It would be so real, that his partner in crime would not notice that it is fake until it is too late."

"Good, very good... Now to convince him to come out of the cave. We'll have to prepare for a couple possible outcomes. 1) Would be he comes out alone, if he dose that will be easy. 2) He comes out dragging the kids with him however they got them detained. 3) He comes out with the kids at hostage point... That would be the most difficult to deal with." She thinks about hostage situations.
"Ebony I trust that you have the kid covered when the opportune time comes. If he's got them at Hostage point stay back and don't let him or the kids know you're here..." Tango then hands Jade the cel phone.
"Ok get him out here by telling him that 'Bock' has away to dispose of the kids, cause I know that's what they want to do."
Bick sat there staring at the wall and grumbling to himself about the current situation. He suffered greatly from paranoia and was getting edgy on how long Bock was taking.
"Slagg did he die out there? How long dose a smoke take?"

Jade had already muttered a spell that would disguise her voice and accent and replace it with Bock's. Whatever she said would be as if Bock was speaking.
She dialed the number, then spoke into it, "Hey, Bick. Just got an idea on how we can dispose of these brats. Come out here and I'll tell you."

Bick jumped a little when his cel phone rang. He answered it to what he believed was his partner in crime.
"Really Bock? Are you sure it's clear out there? Also what are we going to do, should I dragg'em out there?" Bick looks at the kids squinting at the net rig.

"Nobody out here except me," replied Jade/Not-Bock, "and don't bring them out. If they hear what we're planning for them, they might escape and get the Sheriff or some other car of authority. We don't want that, now do we? Just come out, okay?"
