I have it on my computer as well... I should watch it when I find time. Although, I work a LOT... so that doesn't help.

The new game does comes out next month, they might have some extras on it. Hopefully I'll get it early at work and I can give it a test drive, they're might be something on there.

I haven't watched it in a while, either. Doesn't make me less of a fan though, with the insane amount of writing I do in the fandom. x.x

Haven't been able to watch it in a while because I've been so busy. If I can find time, I'll pop it in...

Believe it or not...the last time I watched Cars in full was the day before the CFU take over...which was November of last year!
Didn't make me any less of a fan, did it?

the movie just doesn't fulfill me anymore..imagination-wise..that's probably what it is for the rest of us...we *grew outta it* and are now on our own with our own stories/characters..etc...at least that's how it is for me XD the movie was moreless the "foundation"..

Yeah.. the movie's great and all, but I'll admit that the story itself is kinda weak. BUT THE STYLE IS AWESOME, and that's why I'm in the fandom. BD

I'm a big fan of the setting too...I actually appreciate the fact that I live in a desert because of the movie. And I'm hoping to one day take a nice long drive on a deserted back road(Route 66 or otherwise).

BD These two quotes essentially sum up how I think about the movie itself I've seen it maybe... 7x all the way through, not counting the skipping-to-favourite-scenes parts. I'm definitely not a nightly or even weekly watcher. But, it's all good.

I last saw it in early October right after John was born and that had been the first time in several months. Every time I watch it, it's like a visit to see old friends. (Haha, that sounds incredibly emo, doesn't it?) Rewatching it sometimes sparks new fanfic ideas, but I'm not one of the people who needs to watch it daily or weekly.
Neo, I didn't realize you were married. When you go on the roadtrip, you'll have to post lots of pics here afterward. (I'm confident HH will still be online then!)

I wouldn't say I've grown out of it. I still love the movie, it's just. . . there comes a time when you don't need to watch it anymore, because you know everything they're going to say, anyway. Once you have the whole darn thing memorized, there isn't much excitement in watching it anymore. I haven't watched it about four months, now. I'm sure one of these days I'll pop it into the DVD player and give it a watch, but for now I'm just content writing. I would cut my leg off for another short film or a sequel, though.
