I'd heard about this DVD before but when my lil brotter picked it up at the library I just had to share the shameless, badly animation rip off of cars....
So its called " The Little Cars: In The Great Race" and was produced in Brazil with bad English voice overs.
The story goes Cruise ( Lightning) is a delivery car for Mr V8 ( possibly Doc) and is in love with a girl car named Coup ( Sally) that I thinks Mr V8's daughter I couldn't work that out. Lugnut ( Mater AND Fillmore, and maybe even Red) is Cruise's best bud. When a big race comes to town they all get excited about meeting Champ ( The king) the famous racecar, this is when the characters meet The Wrangler ( Chick) who spikes Champ's oil causing him to have to drop out of the race much to his sponsor cars ( 2 brother cars, whos names I forget, who appear to be identical twins like Mia and Tia) dissapointment. The Police ( Sherriff) investigate. Cruise enters the race and wins and the 2 Champ sponsors try to get him to join but he declines and goes off with Coup.

OMG!!! he got attacked by the gas pipe tentacle monster! lol this is Champ aka The King after the spiked gas( Chrysler, thats a horrid orange on his hood

The cop, he even has a tash like our Sherriff. Theres another like him with out moustache who I guess is a lower rank.
