Well... here's a few things we have to keep in mind:
- Since there's NO humans in this world, not everything's going to be human-sized. So things might be a little bigger.
- Nevada's a rather big guy for a semi so he can haul larger loads and keep the same pace. So even if it was a little wider, he'd only have to go a little slower.... but not by much. Even still, he DOES mark it anyways.
- The trailer's hooked up to its' respective hauler the SAME way every other trailer is. It's NOT chained down to anything.
- Kamui is NOT a really big car. She actually has a slighter build which explains how she can fit and turn around in there a little bit (To turn, she "tip-toes" a little bit)

OK... If the trailer were, say, a little over ten feet wide, the lanes would have to be at least twelve to fourteen feet wide to accommodate. That would be just enough for a smallish car to turn around in.
