adrian do you want a mix-up manip like that one I made before? Like the front of that Cerbera mixed up with the second modell you posted... etc. Tracker89done (if not visible it needs a refresh, I just re-uploaded the file with the same name)

oh no... those are individual characters... the only thing with the second one is that all Bowler have is like a grey 3d model thingy of it (or thats all they have on the site), so it'd tak some work to make look half-decent. hence my saying i'd understand if you can't do it. if you can, then DAMN you're good.

So I played around with the manip for the supercar character Julie.. this is what I ended up with Wasn't sure about the eye color, but if you like another I can fix that... concerning that rough 3d shot of the other car, I can try to make a manip with it, but I need all the info, what lacquer color, rims style.. etc. whatever comes to your mind... though I have no idea when I can work on it I am a bit limited in time in the moment.. oh the x-mas stress *LOL* Not sure if this belongs in here but I managed to finish some personal art on sunday... my fave drawing object besides cars... gryphons! basically colored in the same style I do my GI Cars

The rain in that gryphon pic is awesome, and I mean all aspects of it: the drops that are still falling, the puddles on the ground, the water that the gryphon is soaking up. And of course the gryphon itself is sweet too.
And Julie...that's Adrian's character from TCG, right?

Damn, that is one awesome gryphon. It looks like you'd see in a graphic novel. I just love gryphons because they're also one of my favorite mythical beasts besides dragons.
Great work, Lizkay.

Many thanks! ;D Actually I am a big fan of these cell, animation styled looks of pictures, I always try to archieve the effect as if it would be a screenshot of an animation I do paint the backgrounds but I am already painting the whole day in my job so it's enough *LOL* and I try to keep the "private" art more comic styled Besides that I managed to scan one sketch, mainly drawn for the sketch panels I have on the RKC site, but I didn't have the time to put them together yet, it's from the story "Dirt is different" I already finished the 2nd chapter of it, but I don't dare to post it anywhere cause it's written in a damn bad from german translated english *LOL* so here is the panel sketch featuring a sketchy Detlef in a mud turn...

Your sketches are phenomenal, Lizkay. And you're a master with expressions on vehicles. A drawing doesn't need fancy coloring when it's this neat in good, ol' fashioned pencil.
Though that gryphon is equally to die for. Awesome, awesome, awesome.
I'll hush up now.

Thanks a bunch peeps... eh cars! Partially I am not sure if the cars would be even able to make such poses I tend to give them... just like it is on my new sketch here... but I ... badly.. have to admit, I don't care a lot about anatomy, right technical stuff or perspective, when I draw, I start with a box and give it an expression than I add the rest so that it looks like a car in the end Not sure if it would work out for a coloring, since I drew it without a reference the Golf facts/details aren't right on there at all... so here is another sketch of the panels, featuring Lee the Nissan Skyline and Sabo the Audi A3 '02

I don't think anyone cares if some of their positions are mechanically impossible...after all, Pixar certainly didn't. Your sketches are fun to look at, and that's what counts. Oh yeah, and can you do a manip of this car for me: i117.photobucket.com/albums/o57/OverlordApocalypse/beigecherokee.jpgIt's Cam's brother...he's going to make an appearance soon at an RP on TCG, and hopefully here too. Like Cam, he has green eyes.
