From her profile, Ebony likes nature and is always found in a forest or a country backroad (it looks like shes on one of the backroads near Radiator Springs) than in a city. And she always had poor health, so that's the reason why she lives in that small town now.

I know a lot of women that changed their hair and such after giving birth, especially with wearing longer shirts to hide stretchmarks...
