Eerie Indiana? Never had a chance to watch it. I don't know what it's about. Any episodes on YouTube, by any chance?

I like the idea of having legends and stuff about the mansion. After all, some people say you can hear the spirit of Meepy wandering the halls at night.
Maybe each living quarters could have a guardian of sorts, should the owner of said living space wish so?

Actually... from Asheville Hauntings and Legends website. Scroll down a little to see this: The Biltmore Estate - Numerous phantoms stalk the elegant halls of America's largest home, including a woman dressed in black who appears on the second floor, a maid who appears to startled visitors and offers them a glass of champagne from a tray before vanishing, a headless orange cat seen in the gardens, and a maid who stands guard by a door on the third floor. Unidentified spirits, thought to be Mr. and Mrs. Vanderbilt, haunt the Library, Oak Sitting Room, and Billiard Room, while the sound of maniacal laughter sometimes issues from the drain of the basement swimming pool. It's actually haunted, so we don't need to make up other legends and hauntings, unless we want to.

Ohh... I would have to much fun with that. And someone who doesn't believe in ghosts could go around and scare the believers than eventually meet one of the real ghosts.
I'd be willing to do that part. I use to work for a bit for some of the larger haunted houses around where I live. I'm still always in scaring mode.

Eerie Indiana? Never had a chance to watch it. I don't know what it's about. Any episodes on YouTube, by any chance? If YouTube had episodes, they wouldn't be there anymore because YouTube is being a big banana jerk about stuff like that. Your best bet is to check out bittorrent sites for them. But the basic rundown of Eerie Indiana is that it's like Radiator Springs meets The Twilight Zone. What it's about is a team of two boys (The oldest one is named Marshall from which the shows are narrated by a la "Breaking the 4th wall" style.) who explore the small RS-styled town of Eerie and encounter strange mysteries and all matters of weirdness along the way such as a dental appliance that lets you hear what dogs think and so on. Most of these stories were based off of urban legends. Anyways, Wikipedia should have all the details you need for that. ^^;

Okay, Kamui.EXE, I think I get the gist of Eerie Indiana (went and took a look at Wikipedia and the few other sites that were still around) and I do remember seeing a preview of it once a couple of years ago (my mind was mud for awhile there), but never got around to watching it.
But, yeah, I like the idea of strange things happening in the mansion, other than the ghosts that are actually there.
So, uh... any idea how to start this off? ^^;;

Should I start it off? I mean, since it is my idea... Might take me a little bit to type up the intro, though.

Okay! So on the topic of having our characters in the RP- how do we want to do this? Kammi mentioned that hers are computer programs. I joked about mine being mini-sized and in an aquarium tank. Any other ideas of how we could do this?

I'd go with the dimensional portal. Mine would come through that way. And the portal would open at inopportune times so anything that EV is doing would be interrupted without warning.

That's one option. Anyone else have any ideas?

Another idea that I had was that our characters were already living at the mansion, which could be designed to their use.

But if we did that, we'd need the castle, because some RPers have more than a few characters. I've got at least six- and I can name at least two of them you DON'T want wandering around with other people. Especially if they're in their vehicle forms.
