How about we have showers at first, then somehow by some crazy/and or accident. The Onsen comes in after the person who got walked in on gets sick of it.

After so many incidents, yeah, that would be a good idea. Men on one side and women on the other. And if one gender was going to accidentally walk in on the other, that could be prevented by setting up some kind of spell which sends the offender to a different location.

How about we do this MST3K style? Like a MSTing. We search for bad fanfics and riff them. Or am I being just a little absurd here? |

Maybe something more along the lines of a Douglas Adams style of writing (You know.... sorta how Gary Larson writes the captions to his Far Side comics... just to get the idea.../) might work better than misting because I don't get misting all that well and I just don't see how it'll work in an RP environment without killing it.

Never read Douglas Adams (never went for silly sci-fi; I'm more of a hardcore space explorer), but I've read lots of Far Side since I practically grew up with that stuff.
Maybe what we can do is take out paragraphs and make a silly comment (or comments) on them using ourselves or our characters or both. There's comments like that on DA.

If we're doing Misting, uh... I think I'll sit this one out because I'm not a huge misting fan and I just don't see a lot of flexibility or room to be creative with one of these. ^^; I like having huge amounts of room to run around and be creative in. ^^;;;

Just seeing what works and what doesn't. And the misting idea obviously doesn't.
We haven't agreed to use it and there must be more better ideas along the road that we can put up and discuss.
Okay, I'm just having this idea that we can do this RP Tenchi Muyo style. I'm seeing episodes where we all start out normal than in a short while everything just becomes a little bit crazy and the like (explosions, alien invasions, battles in the front yard, just totally, absolute weirdness).
Just tell me if this idea works or not and if not, we'll just have to find others to fill its place.

Heh.... I sorta came up with this idea from watching some old Eerie Indiana episodes I had lying around. What if we had more of the Eerie Indiana flavour to this RP with the idea of mysteries and urban legends? Could be interesting and allow for some interesting plots and stories with some crazy flexiblity here. (Besides, with urban ledgens and weird stuff, there's always muliple versions of the same story. ^^ ) So how about something a little like that?
