The Great Gatsby? I rather liked that one. The ending made me sad, though...

The words can be confusing, but once you get used to it, you'll get absorbed into the story. Are you guys going to watch the movie after you read it?

She did that to us last semester when we read the Scarlet Letter, took us two weeks to convince her to let us watch the movie. lol But yeah I'm sure we are.

Newest addition to my collection: the Halo Graphic Novel, a hardcover piece featuring 4 comic-book-panel-presented stories. Took nearly two weeks to deliever after ordering it off Amazon, but even if I'm not the biggest of comic buffs, I think it was worth the wait.

We finished Le Petit Prince, "The Little Prince," in French class last week, now we're planning on reading Le Fantôme De L'Opéra, I'm so excited to read it! I've seen the movie and stuff but I haven't read the book, oh and I'm almost done with Gatsby about half way through, which reminds me I have to do finish my questions for english ;D

In english class, we're reading "Charlie and the chocolate factory". Wow. Something like 150 pages. Wow...... Well, it's an interesting reading, but it makes you go insanely hungry in less than 2 minutes (lol). Yeah it's kinda short and more of a kids' book than anything else (they probably read this in elementary school in english-speaking countries). That gives you an idea about how far is the highest english class in my school... (english is not our native language obviously ). So yeah I'm deadly bored in that course. Still a nice story though, I must admit that's actually the reason why I can't wait until the next english course (they keep the books). Oh well... *runs to the kitchen and unwraps a bar*... jeez... no golden ticket. *eats*.
